While I use an eclectic approach in most cases, there are many forms of therapeutic modalities I am trained to utilize. I always lead with empathy, curiosity, non-judgment, and compassion as we attempt to help mitigate the problems that plague you and find perspectives that feel more serving to you and your goals.
I offer individual therapy services. I work with folks experiencing: low self-esteem, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, trauma and PTSD, and substance misuse. I also provide additional options to have sessions in nature (in NC) and culinary therapy mindfulness-based sessions virtually.
